Three gentle exercise groups are currently active in our connection, offering a space for strength, balance, and community:

* Kalama – Mondays at 1:00 PM, led by Patti Ohall
* Castle Rock – Wednesdays at 10:30 AM, led by Barbara Rutherford

* Longview – Thursdays at 12:30 PM, led by Mary Foot

These chair-based exercise sessions are designed to support balance, flexibility, and overall well-being in a safe and welcoming environment.

Each gathering also includes meditation and prayer led by Pastor Lydia, creating a time not only for physical renewal, but for spiritual grounding and peace.
